Review:
During our recent stay, we found the accommodation to be adequate overall. the location was convenient, close to all the spots we wanted to visit and easy to walk to from the train station. We appreciated the view from the window and the reliable WiFi signal. On the downside, there were some issues with the bathroom, such as a half-open shower box and missing shower door which caused flooding. our towels were not fresh smelling. Nonetheless, we were able to rest well due to the air conditioning in the room. All in all, it was good value for money.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Florence. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to San Lorenzo Church in the very centre of the city. It's surrounded by markets, restaurants, and the beautiful Basilica/Duomo. The view from the room overlooking the square was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the performances while sipping a drink. The staff, especially Limin, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The basic amenities were all there, with separate private facilities and air conditioning.
No major issues, everything was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at a conveniently located hotel in Florence. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the square. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with ice for our drinks when the fridge didn't work well. The central location allowed us to easily walk to the town and the cable car. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb facilities and excellent location.

The pool area was an awesome place to relax after a long day. The room was comfortable, especially after the aircon kicked in. The location was great, just a 5-10 minute walk into town. The free undercover car park was also a plus.
The fridge in the room didn't work very well, but the staff gave us ice to cool our drinks. It would have been better if the aircon had worked more efficiently, as it took a while to cool the room down after a hot day.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect. Right in the heart of the city, we were just steps away from all the famous landmarks and attractions. Secondly, the staff was fantastic - always available and willing to help with any issue or question we had. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We opted for a room with separate private facilities and were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the bathroom. Not to mention the nice view we had from our room. this hotel provided great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
While the hotel was amazing, there was one minor aspect that could be improved upon. The glazing on the windows wasn't very modern, so we could hear some noise from the city.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and streets. The view from the window was stunning, overlooking a beautiful plaza. The staff was helpful and allowed for easy check-in.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better, with the bathroom showing signs of age and mold on the walls. The mattresses were not very comfortable, and the bathroom sink was extremely small.
